Our 6-week Kickstart gives you access to coach-led PT sessions in our private gym, where you’ll learn proper technique, build your strength and fitness, and grow confidence - in and out of the gym.

"I’ve always avoided the weights section of the gym; full of people who look like they know what they’re doing and I had no idea.
From day 1 at FUL, walking through the doors with no knowledge or experience, I never felt judged for that lack of experience. The team are so friendly and open to explaining things to you, with everyone in a session working at their own pace.
The trainers (and fellow gym buddies) will of course encourage you to progress and improve over time, but really importantly I’ve never felt that I couldn’t say that I wasn’t ready to move to the next weight, or that I needed someone to spot me as I wasn’t confident of finishing the set. Great form and practice is always prioritised over lifting heavier and fast progress.
A really epic place to go and join in! I would strongly recommend FUL to anyone 🥰"

Age, gender, size, experience/ability - doesn’t matter - everyone is welcome and if you got any issues with an injury, bad back/knees etc, you’ll get a different exercise to do, until you’re back “and running”.
