Terms and conditions
The terms for training with us.
Last updated: September 2026
These are the terms for the 21 Day Trial and for training at Full Life Fitness. We've kept them short and written them so you can actually read them. If anything is unclear, ask, and we'll explain it before you agree to anything.
Who these terms are between
These terms are between you and Full Life Fitness Ltd, trading as Full Life Fitness, a coaching-led training club at Suite 2, Drake House, Drake Lane, Dursley, Gloucestershire, GL11 4HH. Company number [to confirm]. When we say "we", "us" or "the club", that's who we mean. When we say "you", we mean the person training with us.
By booking the 21 Day Trial or training with us, you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree with something, please tell us before your first session.
The 21 Day Trial
The 21 Day Trial is three weeks of coached small group training. It includes:
- A first session that's a conversation and an assessment. One to one with a coach. What you want, what hurts, what you've tried, and some simple movements done properly at a comfortable weight.
- Three coached sessions a week for three weeks, at set times you choose with us.
- A group of no more than six people, with a coach in the room for every session.
- Your weights and movements set for where you are now.
- An honest chat at the end about what changed and whether carrying on makes sense.
The price of the 21 Day Trial is [to confirm], payable [to confirm].
Nothing carries on automatically. When the three weeks are up, that's it unless you and we agree, in writing, that you're carrying on. We won't roll you into a membership, take a further payment or sign you up to anything you haven't said yes to.
Booking and cancellation
Sessions are at set times, which we agree with you at the start. That's how the group stays small and how a coach can plan for the people in the room.
- If you can't make a session, let us know as early as you can, by WhatsApp on 07943 184654 or by email. We ask for at least [to confirm] notice.
- Sessions missed with less notice than that, or missed without telling us, may count as used [to confirm].
- If we have to cancel a session, we'll tell you as soon as we know and offer you another time.
- If you need to pause the trial because of illness, injury or something unexpected, talk to us. We'll work something out.
Your health and safety
Training is good for you, and we take care to keep it that way. We need your help with that.
- Tell us about any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy or medication that could affect how you train, before you start and whenever something changes. We ask so we can adapt the session, not so we can turn you away.
- Follow your coach's instructions on how to do each movement and what weight to use.
- If something hurts, stop and tell your coach. Discomfort from effort is normal. Pain isn't.
- If we think it's sensible, we may ask you to get your GP's okay before you train, or before you do certain things. That's for your safety and we'll explain why.
- Don't train if you're unwell. Come back when you're better.
You're responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us about your health. We can only coach you safely around what we know.
What we're responsible for, and what we're not
We'll take reasonable care in how we coach you, in the equipment we use and in keeping the training space safe. Our coaches are qualified and we hold public liability insurance [to confirm].
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law says we can't limit.
Beyond that, we're not responsible for:
- Injury or loss that comes from you not following your coach's instructions, or not telling us about something that affects your training.
- Personal belongings. Please keep valuables with you or at home. We'll look after the space, but we can't be responsible for things left in it.
- Anything outside our reasonable control, such as the building being unavailable or severe weather.
Behaviour
We describe the club as athletic culture without ego, and we mean it. Everyone in the room is working hard on their own thing. Nobody is comparing.
- Treat everyone in the room with respect: other members, coaches and anyone visiting.
- No comments on anyone else's body, weights or ability.
- Look after the equipment and put it back where it lives.
- If your behaviour makes the room a worse place for other people, we'll talk to you about it. If it carries on, we can ask you to leave and end your training with us.
Photography and video
We sometimes take photos and short videos in sessions, for our website and social media, so that people thinking of joining can see what the club is really like. We'll always ask before we use anything with you in it, and you can say no, or change your mind later, without it affecting anything. Just tell us.
Cancelling and refunds
If you book the 21 Day Trial online, by phone or by message, rather than in person, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you fourteen days from the day you book to change your mind and cancel for a full refund. To cancel, email or WhatsApp us and say you'd like to. If you ask us to start the trial within those fourteen days and then cancel, we may deduct a fair amount for the sessions you've already had [to confirm].
After the fourteen days, refunds for unused sessions are at our discretion [to confirm]. If you have to stop for a medical reason, tell us and we'll be reasonable.
We can end your training with us if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, in particular the behaviour and safety sections. If that happens we'll refund any sessions you've paid for and not had.
Complaints
If something's not right, tell Jack. In person is fine, or email jack@fulllifefitness.co.uk, or WhatsApp 07943 184654. We'll acknowledge it within a few days and do our best to sort it out quickly and fairly. If we can't agree, you can take it to the courts (see below), and nothing here stops you using any consumer rights you have.
Your information
How we collect and look after your personal information, including what you tell us about your health, is covered in our privacy notice.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we'll change the date at the top and, if the change affects people currently training with us, we'll tell you directly. Changes won't apply to a trial you've already booked and paid for unless they're in your favour or you agree to them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will deal with any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
